Cancellation and Refund Policy
A $20 fee will be charged for cancellations. Refunds or credits are not available for cancellations within 14 days of commencement of courses. You may transfer your enrolment to another person to be used in the same course prior to the start date. If a class session or course is cancelled by Oxide Clay Art a full refund is provided.
Missed Classes
Unfortunately if you miss any classes I am not able to offer substitute classes under any circumstances as all classes are usually full and each student has a wheel for their exclusive use.
Please note: Pottery is a physical activity which requires normal strength. People who have weakness or pain in wrists, shoulders, back or neck are advised to consult with their doctor before commencing wheel throwing classes.
Pots and other personal items left in the studio will be disposed of after 2 months.
